To push towards a larger more significant goal than simply attaining wealth for its own sake.

For The Boatman Agency's two owners, our ultimate purpose is spread the good news of Jesus Christ and towards that end, to support a local effort in our region to establish a pastoral training center that would help alleviate the deep need for pastors in the Central Washington basin area.

This effort will be dedicated to equipping qualified candidates with the biblical knowledge and leadership skills needed to impact their communities for Christ. We believe that strong, biblically grounded leaders are essential to healthy marriages, strengthening families, businesses, and local communities.

By training laymen to apply biblical principles in their everyday lives, we aim to create a ripple effect of faith, integrity, and positive transformation in a world desperate for it.
